A realator wished to create a presence on the main street in Collingwood's heritage district.  They need to keep their fresh professional image while appearing grounded and established.

The full span facia design set into architectural crowning, visualy combines the sign with the building's structure . Employing the building's mass lends a greater presence while remaining understated.

The crafted features ( grooved lines raised letters, panels and logo) speak to the quality and refined professionalism of the real estate broker it represents.
